Seminar Room: This is a bright seminar room used for user training, free trial seminars, and large meetings.

During training, coffee and tea
are available as free drinks.

A ping-pong table is in the seminar room,: and even with a competition-grade ping-pong table,
there is still plenty of space in the room.

Meeting room

Meeting Room: This is also a meeting room with a calm atmosphere.
The tables, chairs, and lighting are all carefully selected.

In spring, cherry blossoms, in summer, the beach,

The custom high counter in the center of the office neatly stores various small items and is used for quick standing meetings.
When employees arrive at the office, they first
store their shoes here and change into comfortable footwear like sandals.

Writer K Let's ask an employee who actually works here about the usability of the office. Excuse me while you're working! Engineer Mr. Yasushiro, how is the usability of your desk?

It's very comfortable.I place two desktop PC monitors and a laptop on the side for work,and I've never felt cramped.If necessary, I can spread out documents. Even with all these devices, the wiring is neat,and I think it's a functional and easy-to-use desk.

Y.T The back of the workspace leads to a balcony. Of course, you can come and go at any time. However, since many employees have hay fever, it's strictly prohibited to leave it open in spring!

Writer K Oh, the Keihin Canal is right in front. It seems refreshing to step out onto the balcony during work breaks!

Y.T During pleasant weather, we sometimes have lunch here and also use it for meetings.

Writer K It gets good sunlight, and above all, the view is fantastic.Looking to the left, there are buildings, and on the opposite side, there are houseboats, showing different faces of Shinagawa. Ducks also swim in the canal.

Y.T Depending on the season, many birds come. At night, it takes on a different atmosphere.

Writer K I've been quite curious about it from the start,it's a very calm space with sofas.And it's right next to everyone's desks!

Y.T This areais used as a break space for employees on a daily basis.Many employees have lunch here. When the meeting rooms are full, it is sometimes used for meetings. It's lunchtime now, so employees are gathering. Mr. Kitamura, please come up and join us for lunch!

Y.T For those who eat in the office, many get lunch from nearby bento shops,but since we have a refrigerator and microwave, some people eat frozen foods that can be prepared for lunch without going outside.

Writer K Oh? I thought most people had bento, but I see someone preparing raw meat and vegetables from the fridge. Young engineer Mr. Nishi, are you going to cook now?

I alwaysprepare my meals using the microwave.The fridge is large, so I can store various ingredients.Even when busy, I can prepare a balanced lunch.

Writer K With so many options available, everyone's lunch style is different...!

Lunch time

During lunch breaks, people often play shogi or
card games with those present.

When you want to rest slowly, you can take a nap in this reclining chair. I sat in it too, and it instantly puts you in relaxation mode...!

The genuine leather sofa has a heavy and stylish presence. It seems like a great place to relax after lunch.
The magazines in this magazine rack include not only business and technical magazines but also hobby magazines that employees freely bring in to read leisurely during breaks.

This is a free drink space for employees. It offers coffee, Japanese tea, black tea, cocoa, and cold tea. Additionally, each employee receives one vegetable juice per day.
The dishes used for lunch are office supplies. There is also a large cupboard that can store many dishes.

Writer K There's an electronic piano here! Some people practice during breaks (with headphones). An office with musical instruments is wonderful!!

Just like the workspace, colorful lights illuminate at night.

After everyone finishes work,
they sometimes have parties in this place.

K was very surprised to find such a relaxing space in the office.
Normally, once you go to the office, you don't have the opportunity to stretch out and lie down until you return home, do you?
An office with a space where you can rest when you're tired from work is the best!

There are lockers inside the women's restroom,
where you can also place toothbrushes and cosmetics.

Restroom: It's a clean restroom that is always well-maintained. Although it's a shared space in the building, only employees and visitors use it since FLEXSCHE Corporation is the only tenant on this floor.

Smoking Room

The smoking room is also spacious and bright! It even has a dedicated air conditioner. However, this is for visitors only, as smoking is prohibited for employees inside the office.
Pantry

The pantry is also equipped. You can get warm water first thing in the morning, and even hot water comes out quickly. Employees wash the dishes they used here after lunch. The sink is wide, so washing dishes is not a hassle.

and K was very impressed by the attention to detail in the office!
It's a comfortable space for both working and relaxing in between, and because of such an office,
