Team Roundtable
Development Team
To ensure that FLEXSCHE continues to be a product that provides value to the manufacturing industry, FLEXSCHE's engineers are working daily on developing FLEXSCHE's features. We will talk to four up-and-coming young engineers who are responsible for FLEXSCHE's future: Nishi-san, CHO-san, Oka-san, and Miyamoto-san.
Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team, newly established in May 2023, has the mission of "leading users and partners to success through FLEXSCHE products and services." We will talk with Ran, who has been in charge of support work since before the team's establishment, and Fujisaki, who was originally a salesperson.
Sales Team
The Sales Team is responsible for delivering FLEXSCHE to the manufacturing industry. We will talk with Fujieda, who is in charge of publicizing the appeal of FLEXSCHE to the world, and Kanda, who proposes FLEXSCHE to customers on the front lines.
Back Office Team
The back office team is the unsung hero essential for smoothly advancing FLEXSCHE's operations. In addition to handling daily tasks such as sales administration, general affairs, accounting, and human resources, they have recently been focusing on creating a comfortable working environment for the staff. We spoke with veteran Mr. Furutani and Ms. Tanaka, who is in her sixth year with the company.
