License Key Update Guide
Cases where a license key update is required
*License key updates cannot be performed unless you are subscribed to maintenance.
Want to upgrade to the latest version of FLEXSCHE
If you wish to use the latest version of FLEXSCHE, you need to update your license key.
Want to update the expiration date of the software license
If you are using a software license, you need to update the license key once a year. By performing the license key update procedure, the license expiration date will be updated.
Want to update the expiration date of the license key under the loss compensation service
If you have applied the loss compensation service to a HASP key or hardware key, you need to update the license key once a year. Please note that prior application is required to use the loss compensation service. If you are interested, please contact us.
Want to start using the additionally purchased product
When purchasing additional products, updating the license key will allow you to use the additionally purchased licenses.
Want to update the maintenance period
If you wish to continue annual maintenance, updating the license will update the maintenance period of the license key. This update does not affect the use of FLEXSCHE.

License Key Update Procedure
The screen is from FLEXSCHE version 21.1. Depending on the version you use, the actual screen may differ. If you have any questions about the operation method, please contact FLEXSCHE Corporation.
【1】[FLEXSCHE Launcher]Start,from [Tools]launch[License Key Updater]please start it.[License Key Updater] A dialog will be displayed.
【2】Select the method to update the license key and update the license key. Click on each item to display details.
Update the license key via the Internet
1. If there is an available license key,[Update License Information] should be selected. Confirm that it is selected, and[Next] under [Download] in the side menu.
2. Ensure the machine is connected to the Internet, and press the [Execute] button to update the license key.
3. Confirm that there are no errors and[Complete]Click the button to exit the License Key Updater.
* If you cannot connect to the internet
Update the license key with a license file
If you are using a HASP key, there is no need to send a license request file, so steps 1 and 2 are unnecessary. Proceed to step 3 and request the license update file from FLEXSCHE Corporation.
1.[Create other related license information files, write the current date and time]Select,[Next]under [Download] in the side menu.
2.[Generate License Request File]Select,[Execute]Click.[Complete]Click to close the License Key Updater dialog.
3. Send an email with the following content to FLEXSCHE Corporation to obtain the license update file.
Recipient:info@flexsche.com
Subject: Request for License Update File
Body: Please include the following items.
Company Name:
Contact Person:
Phone Number:
License key number or user ID:
Attachment: License Request File
Service Hours
10:00-17:30 (Excluding weekends, holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays specified by FLEXSCHE Corporation)
4. Once you receive the license update file from FLEXSCHE Corporation, again[FLEXSCHE Launcher]Start,from [Tools]launch[License Key Updater]please start it.
5.[Update License Information]Select,[Next]under [Download] in the side menu.
6.[Browse]Select the license update file from,[Execute] Click the button.
7. Confirm that there are no errors and[Complete]Click the button to exit the License Key Updater.
【3】Start FLEXSCHE,open [Help]launch[Version Information] and confirm that the contents of the license key have been updated.
