What is OpenDay
"OpenDay" is an event held twice a month where we open our office to address various consultations. It is, of course, free of charge.
At our office, we broadly accept discussions on the operation, introduction, development, integration, and sales activities of FLEXSCHE products, as well as scheduling and general software technology discussions, and casual talks.
You can also specify a particular staff member from our company.
Please feel free to apply regardless of whether you have a business relationship with us.
We also offer online support using web conferencing tools, so you can use it even if it is difficult to visit our office. Please specify in the application form.
Our staff will be in casual attire. We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to participate in casual attire as well.

Remarks
- Please apply at least two business days in advance as a general rule.
- Regarding the time and our staff, as a general rule, priority will be given to those who apply early, so we may not be able to meet your request. Please understand in advance.
- Our staff will not directly perform tasks such as modeling or programming. The person participating will be the one to perform the tasks actively. Our staff will support that work on-site.
- A large number of people (system integrators and end-users) are expected to visit for OpenDay. If you do not want other participants to know the content, please inform us in advance.
- Accompanying your participation in OpenDay,we cannot conclude a confidentiality agreement.
- Even if you have already concluded a confidentiality agreement with us in connection with the consideration of scheduler introduction, etc., the information such as data handled within OpenDay will beexcluded from confidentiality obligations.When disclosing data containing confidential information, please edit it to a form that does not become confidential before participating.
