FLEXSCHE Installation Instructions
The screen is from FLEXSCHE version 21.1. Depending on the version you use, the actual screen may differ. If you have any questions about the operation method, please contact FLEXSCHE Corporation.
Log in to the User Lounge and click on[FLEXSCHE GP]under [Download] in the side menu.
Select the version of FLEXSCHE GP you wish to download and click on [64-bit version]. The download will start.
* Please be sure to download the one without (Zip) notation.
* If you have not registered for the User Lounge, please contact FLEXSCHE Corporation.
Select [Install]
Select [Next].
Select [Standard]
Select [Install]
Select [Finish]
Select [Close]

Pre-installation Preparation
Please perform this for the first installation. This preparation is not necessary for the second and subsequent installations.
Installation of IIS and Related Features
To install FLEXSCHE Communicator, you need to install IIS and related features.
Open the Server Manager of Windows Server 2012, and select [Add Roles and Features] from the dashboard. From [Server Roles] in the settings, select [Web Server (IIS)]. The "Add Roles and Features Wizard" dialog will be displayed, so select "Add Features" as is.
Open the "Role Services" section, and select [Web Server], [Application Development], and [ASP.NET 4.5]. The "Add Roles and Features Wizard" dialog will be displayed, so select "Add Features" as is.
After selecting the necessary features, proceed with the wizard screen to "Next" and complete the installation. If the OS requires a reboot, please reboot as appropriate.
Application of Windows Update
Please apply updates that Microsoft deems "important" as appropriate. If the OS requires a reboot, please reboot as appropriate. If the necessary updates are not applied, an error message may be displayed in the FLEXSCHE Communicator installer indicating that processing cannot continue (e.g., "KBxxxxx is not applied"), or the installation may complete but the Web management console page may not display correctly. * At least .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later is required.
Log in to the User Lounge and click on[FLEXSCHE Communicator]under [Download] in the side menu.
Select the version of FLEXSCHE Communicator you wish to download and click on [64-bit version]. The download will start.

Select [Install]
Select [Next].
After reviewing the license agreement, check [I agree to the license agreement] and select [Next]
Select [Standard]
Select [Install]
Select [Finish]. This completes the installation of FLEXSCHE Communicator.
If it does not operate normally after installation
If the software does not function properly after installation, please refer to the [Installation and Update] section of the FLEXSCHE Communicator User's Manual. You can access the manual by opening the [Start Menu], navigating to [All Apps], and clicking on [FLEXSCHE Communicator (64bit)] folder, then selecting [FLEXSCHE Communicator User's Manual].
To use the FLEXSCHE Communicator Client, please install the FLEXSCHE GP installer.
