Annual Maintenance
Annual maintenance is a maintenance contract that can be renewed every year. Joining annual maintenance is mandatory for software keys and optional for hardware keys. BasicAnnual Maintenancefee for hardware licenses is 12% of the product price.
For software licenses, we offer an annual maintenance service that includes an additional alternative license, in which case theAnnual Maintenancefee is 15% of the product price. We provide comprehensive services.
Provision of New Version
To make it more convenient for more customers, we are developing features daily. Many new features are based on user needs. Typically, a major version is released about once a year, and minor versions may also be released in between.

Provision of Revision Upgrade Version
If defects or bugs are found in the purchased software, we will provide a corrected version. However, it is limited to a certain extent from the latest product version of FLEXSCHE (meaning that corrected versions will not be provided for older products). The correction policy and provision timing are based on our judgment. We generally provide correction releases about once every 1-2 months, but if a serious defect is found, we will respond as quickly as possible.

Free Usage Rights for FLEXSCHE CarryOut Client
If FLEXSCHE CarryOut is enrolled in annual maintenance, the CarryOut client can be used for free on any number of devices. The CarryOut client is an app that runs on iOS/Android/Windows tablet devices. This app communicates with CarryOut to obtain and display the latest work instruction information sent from FLEXSCHE, and it can send the entered operation result information to FLEXSCHE via CarryOut.
This service is provided for FLEXSCHE CarryOut version 5 and later.
Free Usage Rights for FLEXSCHE WebViewer Data Output Function
FLEXSCHE WebViewer You can use (FWV) for free. During the maintenance contract period, you can output data for FLEXSCHE WebViewer from FLEXSCHE GP, FLEXSCHE Communicator with GP, and FLEXSCHE CarryOut.
This service is provided for version 19 and later.
Data output from FLEXSCHE Communicator with GP is applicable from version 21 and later.
Video Training Enrollment Rights (Pack Products Only)
Pack ProductsAnnual maintenance includes a certain number ofVideo Trainingenrollment rights, which are granted every year. You can watch videos that include the content of traditional basic and advanced training as many times as you like during the maintenance period. Please use it for review by those who have attended in the past or for the development of those who have newly been assigned to planning tasks.

Inserted into the USB port for useLicenseIf the key is physically damaged, you may not be able to use FLEXSCHE, which could hinder planning operations. By always keeping an alternative license key (formerly known as a spare) on hand and activating it when needed, you can avoid such situations. After activating the alternative license key, the defective product will be replaced free of charge.
For software keys, the same procedure can be followed in the event of machine failure or replacement. It is free once a year, and after that, the actual cost will be charged.
For those using software licenses and enrolled in annual maintenance at 15% of the product's standard price, an additional alternative license is provided.
Loss Compensation by Setting Expiration on License Key
LicenseIf the key (dongle) is lost, it cannot be reissued in principle, but by setting an expiration date on the license key, it can be reissued after the prescribed procedure is followed after the key is lost (only once a year). To use this service,advance applicationis required, but the expiration is automatically extended at the time of maintenance contract renewal.
For software keys, the expiration is set in advance, so no application is necessary. This serves as a precaution in case the machine fails and the license information is lost.

We provide a FLEXSCHE installer tuned specifically for certain project dataFLEXSCHE Performance Tuning Service You can use (FPTS) for free. Only the latest revision of the latest version is applicable.
Additional Purchase of Optional Products
To purchase optional products to add to the FLEXSCHE products you already own, it is generally required that you participate in maintenance.
