Annual Maintenance

The basicAnnual Maintenancefee for hardware licenses is 12% of the product price.
For software licenses, we offer an annual maintenance service that includes an additional alternative license, in which case theAnnual Maintenancefee is 15% of the product price. We provide comprehensive services.

License

A license is the right for users to use FLEXSCHE products. Usage outside of the user and location specified in the license agreement issued by FLEXSCHE Corporation is not permitted. The maximum number of simultaneous FLEXSCHE activations is determined by the number of licenses.

Types of License Containers

Licenses are stored in license containers.
License containers can be selected from the following two typesat the time of purchase.

〇 Hardware Method

Use by inserting a hardware key (CM key) into a USB port.

〇 Software Method (Annual maintenance subscription required)

Use by installing a software key on the OS.

Explanation of licensing using a hardware key (HASP key).

With a standard single license, FLEXSCHE can only be activated on the PC where the license key is inserted. If you want to use multiple FLEXSCHE GP or FLEXSCHE Viewer simultaneously within a single site, consider using a network license or terminal service license. The number of simultaneous activations is limited by the number of purchased licenses, but the number of terminals that can be used is unlimited.

Single License

HASP Key

Insert the "license key" into the USB port of the individual PC to start FLEXSCHE, and perform license authentication as needed during execution. It is possible to use another PC by swapping the license key, but it is not recommended due to the risk of loss or damage to the key.

Network License

HASP Key

Recommended if you want to use it from unspecified PCs. The maximum number of simultaneous FLEXSCHE activations within the same network is limited. Use any PC that is always running within the network as a license server.

Terminal Service License

HASP Key

Run FLEXSCHE on a Windows Terminal Server and operate it from any terminal. The maximum number of simultaneous uses of FLEXSCHE on the terminal server is limited. * The physical key is the same as the single license.
