The work itself does not differ significantly from that of a general company, but the responsibilities are diverse. Adjust time and tasks according to the situation and perform the work.

This is a very important job that involves the overall flow of the company.

Sales Administration

Support sales operations. Manage and send catalogs and materials, create estimates, handle delivery operations, maintenance management, and announcement operations.

Accounting

All matters related to money. Manage sales, handle payment procedures, and confirmations. Perform monthly management and settlement operations. Even if there are things you don't understand, you can receive guidance from an accounting firm. We use Yayoi Accounting software.

Human Resources and Labor

All matters related to human resources. Handle social insurance procedures related to hiring and retirement, health checkups, notifications to the Labor Standards Inspection Office, and various procedures, notifications, and management related to salary and compensation.

General Affairs

Handle all matters related to shareholders' meetings and board meetings. Create minutes and register. Also handle external matters (New Year's cards, celebrations, thank-you letters, etc.).

This is the job content currently envisioned. In reality, adjustments will be made as needed according to each individual's aptitude and orientation, as well as changes in the environment surrounding the company. It is also possible to partially hold multiple positions.

Salary Annual income of 4 million yen or more. High salary possible depending on experience and ability (no upper limit set)
