This job involves promoting the appeal of FLEXSCHE to the public. The main methods are website management and advertising.

Large-scale productions are outsourced, but minor creative tasks related to print and web are handled in-house, so skills in using Adobe products and handling images/videos are desirable. You will also be responsible for daily website maintenance (however, there is support from in-house engineers for web technology, so no worries).

Updating web content, including blog writing, and issuing newsletters are also part of the job, but writing tasks are divided among staff according to expertise, so you won't handle everything.

Arranging events such as exhibitions and seminars is also part of the job.

This is the job content currently envisioned. In reality, adjustments will be made as needed according to each individual's aptitude and orientation, as well as changes in the environment surrounding the company. It is also possible to partially hold multiple positions.

  • Understands the concept of FLEXSCHE
  • Basic skills in using Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Basic skills in Windows and Office products
  • Understands the basics of HTML and web technologies
  • Enjoys video production
  • Can plan independently towards objectives
  • Enjoys generating new ideas and taking on challenges
  • Does not hesitate unnecessarily
  • Can understand the recipient's feelings well and communicate information effectively

Salary Annual income of 4 million yen or more. High salary possible depending on experience and ability (no upper limit set)

Performance allowance (added to salary based on previous term's performance and individual contribution)
Salary Increase Basic is once a year (but as needed)
Bonus Regular bonus (June: 2 months' worth, December: 2 months' worth),
