Pre-sales (Technical Sales)
Job Description

This job involves listening to issues in manufacturing planning operations and proposing how FLEXSCHE products can lead to solutions.
Specifically,
- Listening to customer problems and issues and demonstrating FLEXSCHE
- Creating and explaining FLEXSCHE prototypes using customer data
- Proposing FLEXSCHE estimates
- Planning and lecturing seminars and events
- Following up on the results of attracting customers to exhibitions and seminars
- Collaborative activities with system integrators
and more.
FLEXSCHE products are not sold directly to the manufacturing industry, so system integrators (business partners) are involved in all negotiations. Therefore, supporting system integrators is also an important part of the job.
This is the job content currently envisioned. In reality, adjustments will be made as needed according to each individual's aptitude and orientation, as well as changes in the environment surrounding the company. It is also possible to partially hold multiple positions.

- Can construct hypotheses for proposals with FLEXSCHE based on customer business content and issues
- Interested in various things and proactive in self-learning
- Does not find negotiations with people burdensome
- Does not find steady activities like sales follow-up calls burdensome
- Resilient
Of course, it is not necessary to meet all the conditions listed here. We are looking forward to applications from those who fit some of these criteria.
