Software Development Engineer
Job Description
This involves the development of the production scheduler FLEXSCHE GP and its surrounding systems. It is not a simple development task of coding according to predetermined specifications.
We discuss various issues related to production scheduling and brainstorm ideas for development. The development process involves an agile approach, where we continuously check and discuss whether the software functions are generic and user-friendly, solidifying specifications as we progress.
All developers are involved in every process, making it an ideal workplace for those who possess or wish to acquire skills in design and programming, as well as the insight and logic to solve problems.
The core part, including logic, is developed in C++, but surrounding systems also use .NET and JavaScript. The ideal programmer is not a specialist in a specific language but understands the characteristics of languages and can flexibly choose according to what needs to be created.
This is the job content currently envisioned. In reality, adjustments will be made as needed according to each individual's aptitude and orientation, as well as changes in the environment surrounding the company. It is also possible to partially hold multiple positions.
