JCS Computer Services Corporation
'JCS Computer Service Co., Ltd.' (hereinafter referred to as JCS), which has been rooted in the region and supporting Joetsu's business from the IT side. At the time of its founding in 1973, its main business was contract computing services, but it later shifted to businesses such as computer sales, introduction, and software development.
Originally, JCS did not have a strong presence in the manufacturing industry, although it developed business targeting a wide range of industries such as construction and wholesale. However, becoming a FLEXSCHE partner in 2005 was a turning point that significantly grew its business related to the manufacturing field. Currently, it has accumulated a track record of introducing FLEXSCHE to 13 major chemical manufacturers (7 of which are collaborations), and including partial support, it has introduced 42 licenses to 36 companies. The manufacturing industry is one of JCS's important fields. Furthermore, by focusing on sales activities centered around FLEXSCHE, it has expanded its market area and has become an important presence for the manufacturing industry in the Hokushinetsu region due to its solid technical capabilities.

After graduating from university in 1986, he joined the company. He has engaged in sales activities in various industries and assumed his current position in 2017.
He is a marathon enthusiast and has participated in ultramarathons with his wife.

Born in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, residing in Joetsu City
Since joining the company in 2014, he has been a dedicated engineer for FLEXSCHE. Utilizing his experience working in the manufacturing industry (equipment section), he is a central figure in the FLEXSCHE development team. He sweats it out at a table tennis club once a week and is skilled enough to win tournaments.

Post-Interview Notes
This interview was conducted in February, the month with the most snow of the year. Being from Kyushu, I was excited even before going, as it is a heavy snowfall area. The weather was good, and the snow scenery reflecting the sunlight was very beautiful.
This was my first time as an interviewer, and I was truly impressed to hear such interesting stories. I also had the opportunity to talk with many employees outside of the interview, and their sincerity in answering my clumsy questions made me feel like I understood the secret to JCS's trust from clients in the wide area centered around Joetsu. I was also overwhelmed by the hospitality I received after the interview! The representative, Urano, was even taken skiing by President Matsuo the next day... I wish I could have skied too...
