When introducing a production scheduler, data integration with surrounding systems becomes an important issue. By using FLEXSCHE EDIF (External Data InterFace), you can easily synchronize external data (databases or files) with FLEXSCHE data.
With FLEXSCHE EDIF, you can directly map FLEXSCHE data to the databases used by external systems using the included data mapping tool. It comes standard with features such as input/output of differential data and data conversion functions using expressions, which were troublesome issues in traditional integration. This significantly reduces the man-hours required for interface development and facilitates integration with ERP and production management systems operated on databases.
Additionally, it is equipped with a mechanism to import and export a single table on FLEXSCHE in a relational format, allowing for an efficient introduction process that maximizes the skills for database operations, such as SQL, that most system integrators possess.
